Poomsae

Throughout the course of learning the martial art, you will come across Korean terminology used in the lessons, whether it is in reference to student belt grades, types of punched and kicks, numbers, or maybe you want to look up your next Poomsae, or find out what will be expected of you in the next grading. Just reference the library, and if it's not in here, we can add it for others to review later.

The below video gallery should help remind you of your current Poomsae or one that you will be learning soon.
